Black Media Festival will
be held in Oxford from Friday
5 September to Monday 8
September.
The IBMF, which celebrates
the achievements of the
black professionals in creative
industries, features a screening
of work from new and innovative
film makers, a Black Heritage
Walk paying homage to black
scholars, workshops and
an open debate. 'The event's
aim is to promote independent
black cinema and showcase
emerging black talent,'
