The International Black Media Festival
The International Black Media Festival to be held in Oxford.

THE 4th International Black Media Festival will be held in Oxford from Thursday 5 October to Sunday 8 October.

The IBMF, which celebrates the achievements of the black professionals in creative industries, features a screening of work from new and innovative film makers,
a Black Heritage Walk paying homage to black scholars, workshops and an open debate.

'The event's aim is to promote independent black cinema and showcase emerging black talent,' Pamela Roberts MA, founder and executive director of IBMF said.
